The Optum pb Kelly Benefit Strategies Men’s and Women’s Team recently held their training camp and Team Launch in sunny Southern California. The training camp gave the Men’s and Women’s Team’s the opportunity to log in some miles in California’s nice weather and do some early season bonding before the race season gets underway.
Optum pb Kelly Benefit Strategies is home to several riders based in Southern California including US Pro Criterium Champion Ken Hanson, Track National Champion Ian Moir, Tom Soladay, Amber Gaffney and 2011 NRC Champion Janel Holcomb.

The 2013 Optum pb Kelly Benefit Strategies Men’s and Women’s Team’s were unveiled at the Team Launch at the American Honda Museum in Torrance.
Both the Optum pb Kelly Benefit Strategies Men’s and Women’s Team will compete as a UCI Continental team in 2013. In the coming weeks, you can watch the Optum pb Kelly Benefit Strategies compete in the Merco Credit Union Cycling Classic and major upcoming races in Southern California including the San Dimas Stage Race and Redlands Bicycle Classic.
