This past weekend, high level mountain bike racing continued at USA Cycling’s US Cup Pro Series in Fontana. The Fontana Short Track took place on Sunday after Saturday’s round of the USA Cycling US Cup cross country series presented by Sho-Air Cycling Group.
Most of the favorites from the previous day’s cross country race also competed in the short track, which saw Stephen Ettinger (BMC Mountain Bike Team) and Katerina Nash (Luna Pro Team) win the Pro events. Canadian Felix Burke won the Cat 1 Men’s race and Anona Whitley won the Women’s Cat 1 race.
