Snow Summit Adventure Park, the first complete outdoor summer adventure park of its kind in Southern California, will hold an official grand opening on Saturday, June 15 at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. The grand opening will feature vendors and a live DJ in the base area at Snow Summit. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. in the Snow Summit Adventure Park base area.
Snow SummitAdventure Park offers fun new summer recreational activities right in your own backyard. Start with a ride on the mile-long Scenic Sky Chair with the most breathtaking views of Big Bear and grab a barbeque-style lunch at the picturesque View Haus. Guests can also enjoy sporting activities such as the side-by-side Flying Squirrel Zip Line (opening soon), hiking the mountaintop trails, cross-country mountain biking in the San Bernardino National Forest and downhill mountainbiking on the all-new Snow Summit trails designed by Gravity Logic. Snow Summit Adventure Park is home of Southern California’s only lift-served downhill bike park with downhill and cross-country mountain bike rentals for all skill levels available in the base area.
