Racing opportunities were abundant once again this weekend.
For the speedsters, there was California Bicycle Racing’s Surf City Cyclery Criterium which was held in Costa Mesa. If you prefer to go against the clock, then the San Diego Time Trials at Fiesta Island provided a great event to test your time trialing skills. In addition, the US Cup kicked off their mountain bike event season in Vail Lake and the Merco Credit Union Classic featured a stage race, as well as a road race and criterium up North in Merced.
