Cylance Pro Cycling has announcee the signing of current USPRO Time Trial Champion, Carmen Small, to the squad for the remainder of the 2016 season. Carmen brings with her years of international racing experience at the WorldTour level and has been a mainstay on the USA National team.
Carmen will be looking to make an immediate impact on the team and will be donning the Cylance Pro Cycling team jersey at the Cascade Cycling Classic later this month in Bend, OR. She will then join the team in Europe in August to finish the 2016 season “This is a very exciting transition for me,” added Carmen. “Looking at the remainder of the season and setting my sights on the World Time Trial Championship in Qatar, Cylance Pro Cycling Team can offer me a very dynamic racing program to help reach my goals. I hope to bring to the team my experience and race knowledge to help grow the program and become even more successful than they have thus far.”
