The Tour de Murrieta Race Circuit Race raced along the rolling hills of Murrieta over a somewhat technical course that favors riders with solid bike handling skill and strength, as the undulating course and wind always make for a tough race.
The rain cleared out from the day before at the Tour de Murrieta Grand Prix making for great race conditions under sunny skies.
In the Pro race, Robin Carpenter (Rally Cycling) won from a five-man breakaway ahead of Justin William (Williams Racing) in 2nd and Jakob Frandsen (SoCalCycling.com Team) in 3rd. Justin Williams won the Overall Omnium after a consistent weekend. Orlando Garibay (LABC) finished 2nd, with Tyler Locke(Support Clean Sport / Seasucker) in 3rd.
