Mammoth Pedalpalooza – July 25, 2026
Don’t miss this epic race where the vibe is festive, the dirt is flowy, and the people are fun!
We moved this year’s PedalPalooza to the end of July to fill a gap in the mountain bike racing calendar and to create a month of Altitude Acclimation training. Come to Mammoth Lakes to get acclimated to riding at 9,000 feet and prepare for the PedalPalooza and other high altitude races. We’ll be hosting training rides and are exploring the options of coached camps.
New this year! Pros race 4 laps and Sport Class has a separate start! To make the race more enjoyable for all, without the stress of different classes sharing the singletrack, we’re planning on sending the Sport Class early at 7:30am mass start and the Pros, Experts, and Singlespeed wave start at 10-10:30 am.

The Course
The PedalPalooza is a 10.3-mile lap XC course, comprised of approximately 90% Singletrack, combined with small sections of service road for passing, entirely on the Mammoth Mountain Bike Park. The course has been redesigned to include Big Ring, Paper Route, Timber Ridge, Lakes, Manzanita, Uptown, Downtown, and Lower Shotgun. We have rolling singletrack, solid climbs, sweet descents, and a technical downhill. On Course Feed Zone, Medical Aid Station, and Team Tech Area.
The Location
The PedalPalooza starts and finishes at the posh Canyon Lodge, with ample parking and easy access. The venue is spectator-friendly, with restrooms, food, and sundeck at the Start/Finish arena. Everyone will have a fantastic time cheering on the racers with live commentary and announcing and a DJ spinning rocking tunes.
