The San Dimas Stage Race continued with the San Dimas Community Hospital Road Race around Lake Puddingstone and Bonelli Park. The course included a climb up Heckler’s Hill each lap.
There was some fast racing action in all categories. In the Pro men’s race, Robin Carpenter (Holowesko Citadel) won from a fast field sprint to the line after the pack reeled in a breakaway on the last lap. Kyle Murphy (Cylance Pro Cycling) held on to the GC lead.
In the women’s race, race leader Kristabel Doebel-Hickok (Cylance Pro Cycling) won the field sprint and retained the leaders jersey.
