‘THE RUN UP’ to a historic Paris-Roubaix
The Run Up returns for episode three and highlights the week leading into a historic first edition of Paris Roubaix Femmes.
The Run Up is a new web series that takes you inside some of the WorldTour’s best teams in the days leading up to cycling’s biggest races. Filmed, edited, and launched in the days immediately before a race, The Run Up seeks to grow awareness and interest in women’s pro cycling.
Episode 1 highlighted Liège-Bastogne-Liège while episode two headed to France for La Course by Tour de France.
In episode three, The Run Up visited with riders and staff from Trek-Segafredo, Liv Racing WorldTeam and Movistar Team as they prepared to make history, racing the iconic cobbled classic for a first time. All three teams opened their doors to provide behind-the-scenes access to riders and worked together to highlight an historic run up to a long-awaited Paris-Roubaix Femmes.
Saturday will be a historic day. In the Run Up you can watch how it all came together, from the mental and physical preparations to the technical and tactical decisions that go into a teeth-chattering cobbled classic.
The Run Up is narrated by journalist and commentator José Been, who takes viewers into the thrilling days before Paris-Roubaix Femmes.
