California Bicycle Racing held the fourth race of the 2023 season at CBR SERIES #4 on the Carson course.
In the Men’s Pro 1-3 race, Irish rider Conn McDunphy (SoCalCycling.com Team) soloed to an impressive win after he escaped his two breakaway mates with a few laps to go. Matthew Amano held off the chasing pack for 2nd and Theo Obholzer (SoCalCycling.com Team) put in a fast sprint to win the field sprint and round out the podium for 3rd.
In the Women’s 1-3 race, Chloe Patrick (Serious Cycling) took the win, followed by Colleen Gulick ( Theam Skyline) in 2nd and Laurel Rathburn (Incycle Team) in 3rd.
