Pro racers and top-level amateurs competed at the Barrio Logan Grand Prix in San Diego in one of Southern California’s premier cycling events. The event was open to men and women of all ages.
The .8-mile figure 8 course took place in the colorful and historic downtown Barrio Logan. The races featured fast and aggressive racing throughout the day and delicious fresh tortillas were awarded to the top 3 podium finishers which provided extra motivation for the riders to race for a podium spot.
With a look towards developing the next generation of young cyclists, the Barrio Logan Gran Prix also hosted the SCNCA Junior Criterium Championships as well as a Bike Rodeo with a Kids Race.
