Improved Design for Easier Packing
Packing a bike into the latest version of the Bikeflights Bike Box Large (BBL) takes just a few minutes with minimal bike disassembly. Each part of the bike has a designated place within the box, including:
- A new rear wheel slot for precise positioning
- A patented dropout spacer to secure the fork
- A protective wheel sleeve for the front wheel
- A small parts bag for bolts, rotors, and accessories
Larger Size to Fit More Bikes
Now measuring 64 x 14 x 32 inches (163 x 36 x 82 cm), the new BBL is two inches longer to better accommodate longer bikes and e-bikes.
Enhanced Strength and Durability
The updated BBL features:
- 35% stronger cardboard for improved protection
- Redesigned handholds that resist tearing
- New recessed push-and-twist lid fasteners that eliminate the need for tape
More Sustainable and Recyclable
Bikeflights has eliminated 100% of foam from the packing materials, making the latest BBL more environmentally friendly.
