Held in Santa Clarita, CA the CBS Cycling Chuck Pontius Memorial Criterium offered a second day of racing this past weekend after Saturday’s Barrio Logan Grand Prix.
The CBS Cycling Chuck Pontius Memorial Criterium is a fun and challenging criterium that is held on a fast .7 mile long course with three right hand turns. Aggressive racing took place in the Men’s Pro 1-3 race with Austin Carroll (Los Angeles Bicycle Club) winning from a breakaway. The Women’s Pro 1-3 race saw Priscilla Savord (Los Angeles Bicycle Club) take the win.
