Pedal for California Wildfire Recovery
in 2nd Annual Lunar New Year Bike Ride
Lotus Rising LA, a grassroots community organization, is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Lunar New Year Community Bike Ride. In celebration of the Year of the Fire Horse, residents and cycling enthusiasts are invited to ride through Pasadena and Altadena to support local wildfire recovery efforts.
Led by local leaders Dot and Amanda, the event offers two route options to ensure accessibility for all skill levels. The full 15-mile ride departs from Around the Cycle, while a shorter, 5-mile family-friendly route joins the group at the Altadena Town & Country Club for the final stretch.
“We are riding to turn the energy of the Year of the Fire Horse into tangible support for our neighbors,” said Jacqui, founder of Lotus Rising LA. “Through our partnership with local businesses and the Altadena Bicycle Club, we’re providing a way for the community to heal and rebuild together.”
