CicLAvia - Venice Blvd. allowed participants a fun environment to enjoy the 5.75 miles of open streets of Venice Blvd. for walking, jogging, biking, roller skating, skating, or simply spectating.

On Sunday, February 25; between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. CicLAvia will celebrate its 50th car-free open streets event since 2010 of catalyzing vibrant public spaces, active transportation and good health through car-free streets.
A record 3,800 participants who turned out for the seventh annual UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge raised more than $1 million to support cancer research at the UCI Health Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and its pediatric affiliate, Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). The Oct. 7 event surpassed the million-dollar mark for a second consecutive year, thanks to the unwavering support of patients, their loved ones, caregivers, scientists and community members who came together to ride bikes, run and walk to fight cancer.
