The Rock N’ Road Divas is hosting the Courageous Women of Dirt mountain bike skills clinic for women on Saturday, May 19th from 9 am to 3:30 pm at Irvine Lake. The event, which benefits Bike for Boobs, will feature three self selected clinics for beginners, intermediate and intermediate plus. The clinics will be taught on the Over the Hump course, which is a short, fast and fun circuit. There will be several 30 minute seminars to choose from including: bike set up and fit, repair, general bike maintenance, nutrition and training for endurance and speed. The cost for the Courageous Women of Dirt mountain bike skills clinic is $ 35 and includes lunch and one raffle ticket. More info >
