Champion System a Custom Technical Apparel supplier based in New York with 26 Global offices recently announced the opening of the first Champion System Experience Center creating a completely new and unique buying experience for their clients who include teams, clubs, retailers and suppliers in eleven different active sports. The facility is designed to make ordering of custom products, easy, accurate, and efficient. The purpose-specific designed facility displays samples of all the companies’ products and offers sizing samples of their proprietary product line which range in sizes and different cuts.
Located on Santa Monica, CA, The Champion System Experience Center has already been utilized by Olympians, Pro Riders and Celebrities as it is a spot that offers privacy and comfort. Clubs and Team are welcome to host meetings at the center and are encouraged to visit the facility.

In January of this year Champion System announced the hiring of several Custom Apparel Specialist who would work regionally in the field, industry veteran Troy Angwin (formerly of BMC, Specialized, Colnago) was brought on to lead the team. The new team and focus has substantially grown Champion System’s market presence in a short period of time allowing confidence to move forward with the brands next steps earlier than forecasted. Angwin will oversee the Experience Center while continuing to lead the companies Field Team of Custom Apparel Specialist and the Western expansion.
Angwin said, “The Experience Center is the natural evolution in our industry; it resembles a showroom in the fashion industry while also taking cues from the auto industry. We provide education on our products during clients visits, this creates a space to look and to be informed.” The facility is almost 2000 sq. ft. with a full kitchen, office space, parking, work stations for clients plus a comfortable lounge area. “I believe our industry will go this direction for the future as it gives me the ability to show our products unique features and benefits, additionally it provides my clientele with a better experience, it’s a smart investment for the Champion System brand”
