The 26th edition of the San Luis Rey Road Race was held on a challenging course in the hills of Bonsall that included 15 mile laps with 400′ climb over the last 2 miles. The cumulative climbing and heat took a toll on the riders throughout the day and made it tough man’s (and women’s) course.
