One of So Cal’s most demanding and premiere road races, the Vlees Huis Ronde, is this Saturday March 5th in Bakersfield. The Vlees Huis Ronde is a quality road race on a fun course and riders are invited to come race and experience great racing on one of SoCal’s best road courses.
The Vlees Huis Ronde Road Race is on a classic European style 30 mile Y shaped out and back course. The course consists of some flat sections, a steady climb, with some puncher climbs in between the flats back to the finish. The finish is after a steady uphill kicker. Road conditions vary from excellent to choppy and are narrow in a few spots. The course is an open course with the centerline rule STRICTLY enforced for the entire course.
