The epic Celebrate LA!: LA Phil 100 x CicLAvia event in honor of the LA Phil’s centennial is right around the corner – less than two weeks away on September 30, 2018!
CicLAvia is partnering with the LA Phil for a massive event on Sunday, September 30th – Celebrate LA!: LA Phil 100 x CicLAvia, a free, daylong street festival connecting Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl, starting at 9AM. Streets will be closed to cars and open for cyclists, pedestrians, runners and skaters to use as a recreational space.
Check out the 8-mile route with six hubs that will feature art, food trucks, screen-printing, kid-friendly fun, and dancing, as well as live music from LA’s best musicians. The evening ends with a free concert at the Hollywood Bowl, where Gustavo Dudamel will lead the Los Angeles Philharmonic and welcome Herbie Hancock, Kali Uchis, Youth Orchestra Los Angeles (YOLA), and other very special guests to the Bowl stage.
