When it comes to Italian bicycles, Bianchi’s roots run deep, much due to being the oldest bicycle manufacturer in the world, that iconic celeste color, and beautifully sculpted frame designs.
As the bike sponsor of the 105th Giro d ’Italia, Bianchi created 105 commemorative Specialissima limited edition framesets decked out in a breath-taking white base, with pinkish Enrosadira graphics. The graphics paint shimmers from red, to gold, and pink as they mimic the sun setting over the Dolomite mountains, a perfect representation of the Giro.
The frames were only available at Bianchi.com while supplies last. Not surprisingly, soon after going live for sale, they we’re gone.
Newbury Park Bike Shop has a history of building drool worthy custom bikes, and as a new Bianchi dealer, getting their hands on the Giro 105 frame became a must-do project. Shortly after they received confirmation frame #10 of 105 arrived. Luckily a Campagnolo Super Record EPS groupset was waiting for its perfect match, and this one-of-a-kind Specialissima came to life.
