With warmer temperatures reaching the mid 80’s, the Chuck Pontius Memorial Criterium Presented by Go Fast made for a challenging race on the fast .7 mile course.
Men’s Pro 1-3 Race
In the Men’s Pro 1/2 Race, Cory Williams (Golden State Blazers) and Cory Lockwood (Golden State Blazers) escaped from the field to finish one-two with Cory Williams taking the win. Justin Williams (L39ION OF LOS ANGELES) and Matthew Doyle (SoCalCycling.com Team) put in a strong two-man chase to finish 3rd and 4th respectively.
Women Pro 1-3 Race
In the Women Pro 1-3 race Ellexi Snover (Fount Cycling) took the win ahead of Holly Breck (L39ION OF LOS ANGELES) in 2nd and Laurel Rathbun (L39ION OF LOS ANGELES) in 3rd.
