Ride with Us – Spooky Halloween Bike Ride!

Spooky Halloween Bike Ride

As the long days of summer have ended and the days get cooler and shorter, the Fall season brings on a fun time of the year with Halloween and the time of year to do a Spooky Halloween Bike Ride!

It is always fun to see the creativity and ingenuity that goes into coming up with a great Halloween costume and Halloween themed decorated home!

We have quite a few homes in the Claremont and La Verne that go all out with Halloween decorations including ghosts, witches, uniquely carved pumpkins, the creepy “It” clown, skeletons and special lighting that are visually fun to experience.

Spooky Halloween Bike Ride

We have put together a fun, easy ride from Claremont to La Verne and back, where you can check out the spookily Halloween decorated homes along Bonita Avenue in La Verne.  For an extra scary experience, we recommend doing a night ride!

From our ride starting point in Claremont at Claremont Craft Ales, the ride drops south through the Claremont Colleges and Claremont Village, heads west on Bonita Ave. past  Old Stump Brewery to downtown La Verne (where most of the decorated homes are) near the University of La Verne and then heads back to Claremont through the Claremont Village and Claremont Colleges.

This is a nice relaxing ride that can be ridden any time of the year and is a great route to view the Christmas decorations in the coming months or can be extended from La Verne to easily do a lap around Bonelli Park.

Restaurants and Breweries

There are plenty of outdoor restaurants and breweries in Claremont and La Verne to get a bite to eat before or after you embark on your ride or food to go!  At the ride start and finish, the Claremont Business Park is home to Claremont Craft Ales, Ironbark Ciderworks and Citrus Grove Distillers.
