The San Luis Rey Road Race will be returning on Saturday, April 14 to celebrate a quarter century of racing on the scenic roads of San Diego’s North County. This 25th edition of SLRRR will be traversing the same challenging course it’s used since 2009 with 15 mile laps which include a rolling 400′ climb in the last 2 miles. Racing will be offered for all levels of competitors from beginner to professional. The San Luis Rey Road Race will once again be the SCNCA Super Master Road Race Championship with several fields for Masters men 65+ and women 60+. In addition, due to the great turn out last year from the Cat 3/4 women, separate prize lists for those fields will be offered. Racers and fans are invited to come out and enjoy some great springtime racing in one of SoCal’s classic events.
