2024 SCNCA ELECTION INFORMATION
Dear Southern California & Nevada Cycling Association (SCNCA) Club,
The annual election of the SCNCA Board of Directors is upon us! The full election procedure can be found by clicking HERE .
For 2024, four of nine seats on the board are open. Your club is eligible and encouraged to participate in this election because it is a currently registered USAC cycling club in the SCNCA geographic area.
At the end of October, you will receive an email ballot from us. The email will provide specific voting instructions. Each club completes ONE ballot, and is allowed to vote for as many as four candidates. You will have one week to cast your ballot.
VERY IMPORTANT: many clubs have more than one contact email listed in USA Cycling records. If you are not the contact person of your club’s USAC membership, please forward this email to that person OR TO YOUR CLUB’S MANAGEMENT TEAM. Only the PRIMARY contact person (usually President or Owner) for YOUR club may vote, and that person should email [email protected] if they have not also received this email directly from SCNCA before October 29th.
Additionally, some individuals are listed as club contacts for two or more different clubs. If so, you may receive this email multiple times.
Candidate statements will be posted HERE.
