Santa Cross Weekend Cyclocross comes to
Woodland Hills Dec. 16-17, 2023
The Southern California Prestige Series of Cyclocross (“SoCalCross”) announces the upcoming “Santa Cross” race weekend at Pierce College (Woodland Hills) to be held December 16-17, 2023.
Registration is now open at: https://www.bikereg.com/
The cyclocross course at Pierce College includes dirt, grass, barriers, and a classic European-style run-up to test rider skills and fitness. It’s a great time to bring family members visiting during the holidays to their first cyclocross race! The course is spectator-friendly and suitable for all riders, from beginner to expert.
Also continuing at Santa Cross weekend are free beginner cyclocross clinics hosted by RideCX.com. Each clinic starts at 8 am, lasts one hour, and is timed to get riders to the start line for the 1 lap first-timers race at 9 am. The clinic is the perfect introduction for new riders; covering basic techniques, registration, rules, and other tips to take the intimidation out of bicycle racing for first-timers.
Race details and pre-registration are available at: https://www.bikereg.com/
