Tadej Pogačar Dominates with Long-Range Attack
Strade Bianche once again showcased why it is one of the most spectacular races of the Spring Classics calendar. The men’s race exploded on the gravel sectors as the peloton splintered under relentless attacks and the challenging terrain.
Tadej Pogačar launched a decisive solo attack far from the finish, using his climbing power and bike-handling skills to quickly open a gap on the chasing group. Riding aggressively across the rolling gravel roads of Tuscany, the Slovenian steadily increased his advantage.
Behind him, a small group of young contenders fought for the remaining podium positions, but none could match Pogačar’s pace on the final gravel sectors and steep paved climbs into Siena. He crossed the finish line solo in the iconic Piazza del Campo to secure another memorable victory in the race.
