SCNCA State Championship in San Diego County
The Celo Pacific Cycling Club hosted the iconic 2026 San Luis Rey (SLR) Road Race and SCNCA Elite Pro/1/2 and Masters California Road Race State Championships, which was held on one of SoCal’s favorite road courses.
The 2026 San Luis Rey (SLR) Road Race was held on a beautiful hilly course in North San Diego County and is just a short drive from Orange and LA County.
One of Southern California’s original road race classics, San Luis Rey (SLR) Road Race was held in San Diego’s beautiful North County. Riders competed over multiple 14-mile out-and-back laps, featuring an undulating course highlighted by a 400-foot climb over the final two miles of each lap.

SLR Road Race – Pro 1-2 Men’s Race
The Pro 1-2 race saw Emilio Azcona Acosta (BorderCycle – Vanrysel Team) ride an impressive race to take the win.
SLR Road Race – Pro 1-3 Women’s Race
Courtney Sullivan (Mamis pb Incycle) took the win in the Cat 1 Women’s race as well as the Championship title.
