The San Luis Rey Road Race was held this past Sunday on a 14.7 mile hilly circuit. Â The race also doubled as the Elite Road Race Championships and crowned both Kathryn Donovan (Colavita/Bianchi p/b Fine Cooking) and Inno Zavyalov (SoCalCycling.com Team) as the 2016 Elite Road Race Champions.
