CSUN Bike Fest Rolls Back November 2, 2025
Bringing the Community Together at CSUN’s Bike Fest!
Join cyclists, families, and community members for the 4th Annual CSUN Bike Fest on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at California State University, Northridge. Hosted by the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, this free event celebrates active living with group rides, outdoor spin classes, vendor booths, food, music, and fun for all ages. Whether you’re an experienced rider or just looking to enjoy a great day outdoors, CSUN Bike Fest is the perfect way to connect with the local cycling community.
No bike? No problem! Walk, roll, or simply enjoy the day with friends and neighbors. The festival is all about connecting, celebrating movement, and experiencing the joy of an active lifestyle.
Event Highlights and Activities
There’s something for everyone at CSUN Bike Fest.
Enjoy a day full of bike demos, safety clinics, outdoor spin classes, live music, and delicious food from Cal’s Smash Burgers and BBQ. Explore a variety of bike vendors offering gear, accessories, and community resources—and don’t miss the awesome giveaways happening throughout the day.
Family Fun Zone:
Bring the kids for face painting, balloon art, and interactive safety lessons presented by Safe Moves – Teaching Youth Traffic Safety. It’s a great way for young riders to learn important bike and traffic skills in a fun environment.
Ride Schedule & On-Campus Fun
The day begins bright and early with community group rides, followed by on-campus festivities open to all.

8:00 A.M. | Group Ride Meet-Up (in front of The Soraya, Nordhoff side) 
- 
8:15 A.M. | Experienced Riders Depart (30 miles) – SAG vehicle provided by Tesla 
- 
8:30 A.M. | Novice Riders Depart (20 miles, no drop ride) 
- 
10:00 A.M. | Vendor Booths Open & On-Campus Activities Begin 
- 
10:30 A.M. & 12:00 P.M. | Outdoor Spin Classes with Voltage Cycling (times subject to change) 
- 
12:30 P.M. | Family Fun Campus Ride (meet on the grass north of The Soraya) 
All Day:
- Live DJ sets
- Bike demos and safety tips
- Food truck by Cal’s Smash Burgers and BBQ
- Bike repairs and support
- Vendors, giveaways, and more
Location & Accessibility
The festival takes place on the Nordhoff Street Access Road (south side of campus in front of The Soraya) between Lindley and Etiwanda Avenues. Streets will be closed to vehicles for a car-free, cyclist-friendly experience.
This event is ADA accessible, and leashed pets, skateboards, non-electric scooters, and assistive mobility devices are welcome.
Parking & Directions
The closest parking is available in the B1 Surface Lot.
Please note that CSUN parking permits are required at all times.
